1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, software, or services provided by AltivisOne LLC ("AltivisOne," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Description
AltivisOne provides AI-driven SaaS automation, website auditing, digital strategy consulting, and custom software development services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with or without prior notice.
3. Qualification & Onboarding
AltivisOne selectively accepts clients based on automated AI feasibility audits. We reserve the absolute right to decline service to any business if our preliminary analysis indicates an unsuitable fit or lack of growth viability.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platform or assist any third party in doing so. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying AI models from AltivisOne.
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious URLs to our website audit tool.
- Use our services for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized commercial activities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trade secrets, algorithms, UI designs, software code, logos, and trademarks contained in AltivisOne services are the exclusive property of AltivisOne LLC. Client custom deliverables are governed by separate master service agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltivisOne LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
